Homemade Tomato Sauce Recipe
(warning: you will impress your friends)
-4 medium sized tomatoes
-1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
-3 garlic cloves
-3 pinches of salt
-1 tablespoon of Oregano
-2 tablespoons of Basil (fresh or dried)
Dice tomatoes into cubes. Set aside. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a warm sauce pan. Garlic press garlic into hot oil. Let garlic turn golden. Immediately add tomatoes and stir. You should start to see tomatoes break apart and become juicy. Add extra olive oil if tomatoes remain chunky after 5 minutes. Add salt, oregano and basil once tomatoes begin to form into sauce (5 minutes or so). Add more salt and pepper to taste.
Once your sauce is 85-90% juicy you are good to go! Pour over your favorite type of noodles and you have a dinner for two.

2 tablespoons of cream cheese
to make that sauce a little creamy.
